General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – My Pension Duisburg Proprietor: Thi Thu Huyen Tong Rheinpreußenstr. 56, 47198 Duisburg, Germany 1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for accommodation services concluded via the My Pension Duisburg website. By making a booking, the guest accepts these GTC. 2. Conclusion of Contract (1) The contract is concluded upon the guest's online booking and the subsequent booking confirmation sent by My Pension Duisburg. (2) The booking confirmation is sent via email. 3. Services, Prices, Payment (1) Prices are per room and night, including the applicable statutory VAT. (2) Unless otherwise stated, the total amount is due immediately after booking and no later than prior to arrival, using the payment methods provided on the website. (3) The access code for the accommodation will only be transmitted after full payment has been received. (4) Additional services (e.g., final cleaning, laundry, parking) are charged separately. 4. Arrival and Departure (1) Check-in: from 3:00 PM (contactless via code). (2) Check-out: by 10:00 AM (check consistency!). (3) Deviating times are only possible with prior written agreement. 5. Cancellation and No-Show (1) Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, provided no other rate (e.g., "Non-refundable") was selected during the booking process. (2) In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount remains due. (3) Payments already made will be retained or offset accordingly. 6. House Rules and Usage (1) The guest agrees to treat the accommodation and shared areas with care. (2) No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. A cleaning fee of 200.00 EUR will be charged for violations. (3) No Parties: Parties and loud events are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be observed. (4) The access code must not be passed on to third parties. (5) The guest is fully liable for any damage caused by improper use by themselves or their fellow travelers. 7. Liability (1) My Pension Duisburg is only liable for damages based on intent or gross negligence. (2) The accommodation assumes no liability for lost cash, valuables, or personal belongings. 8. Data Protection The guest's personal data will be processed exclusively for contract execution and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. 9. Final Provisions (1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. (2) The place of jurisdiction is Duisburg. (3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
